And a Happy Birthday shout-out to Jackie Hoffman, who turns 55 today!
Hoffman last starred on Broadway in ON THE TOWN. Before that, she appeared in THE ADDAMS FAMILY, XANADU and HAIRSPRAY, as well as the Actors' Fund concert production of HAIR and a reading of THE WEDDING SINGER in New York. She won an Obie for David and Amy Sedaris' 2001 play THE BOOK OF LIZ. She has also taken the stage in THE SISTERS ROSENSWEIG, STRAIGHTJACKET, INCIDENT AT COBBLER'S KNOB and ONE WOMAN SHOE. Hoffman is a veteran of Chicago's Second City comedy improv troupe and has starred in several solo comedy shows. Among her on-screen credits are GARDEN STATE, LEGALLY BLONDE 2 and appearances on the TV series GIRLS, THE GOOD WIFE, THE NEW NORMAL, SUBMISSIONS ONLY, 30 ROCK and more.
