VinylCon! Record Fair to Make New York Debut with June Event

VinylCon! is heading to New York City for the first time this month. Following events in Los Angeles, Denver, Baltimore, Philadelphia, and Atlanta, the record fair will make its NYC debut June 13–14 at Industry City in Brooklyn. Get tickets HERE.

The two-day event will feature over 50 vendors from across the country bringing tens of thousands of records to Brooklyn for a weekend centered around collecting, digging, and music discovery.

The event has just announced its DJ lineup curated by world-renowned DJ and collector Skeme Richards, featuring all-vinyl DJ sets throughout the weekend. The lineup includes Arthur Baker, Edan, Large Professor, Skeme Richard, Boogie Blind, DJ Prestige, Monk-One, Prince Klassen, Sky Society, DJ Janet Labelle, Scott Matelic, MC Boing Boing, Mr Fine Wine, and DJ Visty.

Founded in Philadelphia in 2024, VinylCon! has since expanded into a multi-city event series connecting collectors, independent vendors, DJs, labels, and music fans through a shared interest in physical media and intentional music discovery.

Unlike a traditional trade show, VinylCon! is designed to feel closer to a gathering than a convention. In addition to vendors, the Brooklyn event will feature vinyl DJs throughout the weekend, food and drinks, sponsor activations, giveaways, and more.

Multiple ticket options are available depending on when collectors want access to the show. Saturday hours run from 10 a.m.–7 p.m., with Early Entry tickets available at 10 a.m. for $37.75, giving attendees a two-hour head start to get first dibs on digging. General admission begins at 12 p.m. for $17.78, while discounted late-entry tickets starting at 3 p.m. are available for $12. Sunday’s show runs from 10 a.m.–5 p.m., with admission priced at $12.

VinylCon! was founded by event producer and record enthusiast Kobi Waldfogel, one of the founders of Denver’s Rocky Mountain Record Show, which was created in 2021 to fill a need in the vinyl record and music community. VinylCon! is currently expanding nationwide with successful shows in Philadelphia, LA, Atlanta, Baltimore and announced shows in New York City.
