The well-known TIMES SQUARE BREWERY which has enjoyed immense popularity on 42nd street for over five years, has just announced that effective immediately it will offer live music entertainment seven nights a week with no cover charge.  This is an innovative concept to their already existing line-up of uniquely brewed beers, contemporary style food with a breathtaking interior design. Times Square Brewery has also announced Denis Carey as its new VP/General Manager. Formerly of New York's Red Blazer Too, Carey is best known on "restaurant row" as "the Music Man".

Carey's music expertise is in New Orleans, Dixieland, Roaring 20's, 30's and 40's, and Traditional Jazz, with a touch of swing. Already booked are Bob Cantwell and his "Red Blazer Dixie" band who will perform every Friday and Saturday, Vince Giordano and the "Night Hawks" band who will perform the hits of the big band era of the 20's and 30s; and the fabulously entertaining pianist Loren Korevec who spent 12 years at the celebrity hot spot Elaines. Carey says, "In one year, the Times Square Brewery will be the Jazz capital of the world!"

In the heart of Times Square, Times Square Brewery, which recently located to 210 West 42nd, just steps away from its original location, boasts an impressive tri-level décor, comfortably seats over 350 and can accommodate private parties of up to 600 guests. The menu offers a wide variety of American classics and five selections of micro-brewed  beers that are brewed daily on the premises. A complementary draft beer will be served with entrees every Monday and Tuesday on Brewsky Days.

"It's my pleasure to welcome Denis Carey aboard. He is a dynamo and a one-man band in himself! The combination of great beer, spectacular design, a warm and friendly ambience and now with the fabulous live music entertainment, Times Square Brewery is complete" says Helen Lucas Liftig, Times Square Brewery's founder.
