The Manhattan Chamber of Commerce will dedicate an entire city block, between 73rd and 74th Streets on Third Avenue, to TheaterMania.com in order to celebrate New York City Theater at the 32nd Annual Third Avenue Community Benefit Street Fair, to be held on Sunday, September 9 from 11AM to 5:30PM.

The Street Fair blends performers from Broadway, Off-Broadway, Off-Off-Broadway, Dance, Music, and Children's and Interactive Theater on the fair's stage between 12PM and 4PM.

Press materials announce some participants include: Jim Caruso, the cast of the Off-Broadway hit Altar Boyz, Emily Swallow, Jon Patrick Walker, Danielle Ferland, Nancy Anderson, Jenn Colella, singer-songwriters Amanda Green and Tom Kitt, Nightlife Award winner Scott Coulter, and "The Broadway Boys" including Jesse Nager, Maurice Murphy, Daniel Torres, Michael James Scott, Peter Matthew Smith and Danny Calvert.

"Some of the block's fun-filled attractions will include contests, interactive games, special offers and insider information about the latest happenings on the New York City theater scene. Some participants will include the Roundabout Theatre, the Hip-Hop Theatre Festival, the Vineyard Theatre, the Zipper Factory, HERE Arts, Watson Adventures, the New York Musical Theatre Festival (NYMF), Opera on Tap, Broadway Unplugged, Awesome 80s Prom, Actors' Theatre Workshop,  the LAByrinth Theatre, The New Group, the Prospect Theater, the Vital Theatre, and Ma-Yi Theatre Company."

The 2007 Annual Manhattan Chamber of Commerce Third Avenue Community Benefit is Sunday, September 9 from 11AM to 5:30PM, with stage performances 12noon to 4PM.  The stage is located between E. 73rd and E.74th Streets on Third Avenue.  The entire Street Fair will run from 66th to 86th Streets on Third Avenue.
