Award-winning theater actor/singer, George Ball, celebrates a major milestone with the immediate release of his solo recording debut, "Think of Me" (Gecko/LML Music). Mr. Ball describes "Think of Me" as a recording for the "grownup at heart." He uses his famous baritone in a contemporary format here with an unusual repertoire that embraces story songs, heartbreakers, contemporary and country-tinged tales of love in its many guises. The recording was inspired by his wife, Amanda McBroom. It is available today on iTunes, LMLMusic, Amazon and other retailers.

Closely identified with American Musical Theater, Mr. Ball has starred in many memorable shows, including on and off-Broadway in Jacques Brel is Alive and Well and Living in Paris. His list of notable stage credits includes dream roles like Sweeney Todd which was voted by the L.A. Times "one of the top ten theatrical events of the year 2000." He is the recipient of two Robbies (one for Sweeney Todd) the L.A. Drama Critics Circle Awards, the Dramalogue Award, and a Rep Award (for Sweeney Todd).

Songs from Bruce Springsteen, Mike Reid, Eric Blau and Mort Shuman, Doc Pomus, Rodgers and Hammerstein, Cahn and Van Heusen, Michele Brourman, Anderson and Weill, Hugh Prestwood, Eden Ahbez, Johnny Burke and Mr. Ball's wife of forty-two years, Amanda McBroom, are represented. "Think of Me," was produced and arranged by Michele Brourman & Stephan Oberhoff.
