The Ratings Are In For FOSSE/VERDON! How Does the Show Measure Up?

Fosse/Verdon has now aired its first two episodes, and the ratings are in! How does the show measure up?

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the FX show had 614,000 viewers for its premiere episode on April 9. It maintained a 0.14 rating in the adult 18-49 demographic, which is the equivalent of about 180,000 viewers.

The show's viewership rose to 1.2 million after three days, benefiting from those who watched on DVR services. However, this appears to be a mid-range number for FX, coming in below American Horror Story, Mayans MC, and the first two episodes of What We Do in the Shadows.

Viewership dropped for the second episode of Fosse/Verdon, coming in 31% less at 425,000 same-day viewers. As did the first episode, viewership for the second just about doubled, putting its audience at around 850,000.

The second episode of Fosse/Verdon fell 31 percent to 425,000 same-day viewers; if it roughly doubles in three days as the premiere did, that will put its audience around 850,000.

How Are Fosse/Verdon's Ratings?

Fosse/Verdon ranks fourth among six cable limited series that debuted in the past few months, coming in behind HBO's True Detective at 2.1 million, Bravo's Dirty John at 2.1 million and TNT's I Am the Night at 1.9 million. Fosse/Verdon brought in more viewers than Showtime's Escape at Dannemora at 607,000 and HBO's Italian-language My Brilliant Friend at 310,000.
