The Brick Is Now Accepting Applications For 2010 Programming
Applications are now open for 2010 programming! To apply to any program, download The Common application form, fill it out and email it to the appropriate program.
MAINSTAGE
Mainstage Productions at The Brick are usually 2 to 4 week runs which include Prime Time performance slots. Only a few slots exist each year.

LATE NIGHT
Late Night Productions at The Brick can be programmed as single performances, weekend performances or recurring events. Usually they are Friday and Saturday nights with load-ins at 10:30pm or later. These Productions must be easy to mount and low-tech. They must use whatever light plot and set restrictions currently under way. Many of these slots are available.
Ongoing. Admission is rolling.

KIDS
Kids Productions at The Brick (a new program) will be scheduled on Saturday or Sunday afternoons. These Productions must be easy to mount and low-tech. They must use whatever light plot and set restrictions currently under way.

TINY THEATER
Tiny Theater returns in May, 2010! Tiny Theater is a performance event that aims to include theater, dance, multi-media, puppetry, etc. Works are no longer than 10 minutes and are presented festival style in a 6' x 6' x 6' box constructed of PVC pipe-performers and scenic elements must not exist outside the box at any point during each piece. The event was created originally by the Ontological-Hysteric Incubator. Performance date to be announced.

SUMMER THEME FESTIVAL
The Annual Summer Theme Festival runs for 4 weeks every June. The theme changes every year. To see previous years, click here. This year, The Brick is seeking suggestions for the 2010 theme until January 15, 2010. The theme will be announced on January 19, 2010.

GAME PLAY

THE NY CLOWN THEATRE FESTIVAL
The NY Clown Theatre Festival has been produced and presented by The Brick since its creation in 2006. For previous years' lineups, click here. The festival hosts full length and cabaret performances from around the world which incorporate Clown Theatre.
