Tarzan Featured on NBC's 'Today' September 2

TARZAN® composer Phil Collins, stars Josh Strickland, Jenn Gambatese and cast members from TARZAN®, The Broadway Musical will be featured in a behind the scenes look on NBC's "Today" on Saturday, September 2nd. NBC's "Today" airs nationally on NBC (channel 4, locally).

TARZAN®, opened May 10, 2006 at the Richard Rodgers Theatre (226 West 46th Street). TARZAN® is presented by Disney Theatrical Productions (Thomas Schumacher, Producer).

TARZAN® broke the box office record at the Richard Rodgers Theatre for three consecutive weeks, most recently by grossing $857,425 during the week of July 24 – July 30.

The original cast recording of TARZAN® was released by Walt Disney Records and is available now at the Richard Rodgers Theatre, in music stores nationwide and at online retailers including Amazon, iTunes and Disney Shopping.

The production stars Josh Strickland as Tarzan, Jenn Gambatese as Jane, Merle Dandridge as Kala, Shuler Hensley as Kerchak, Chester Gregory II as Terk, Timothy Jerome as Professor Porter and Donnie Keshawarz as Clayton. Daniel Manche and Alex Rutherford alternate in the role of Young Tarzan.
