Stage Star Cherry Jones Join Amy Poehler's WINE COUNTRY, Plus Adam Schwartzman

According to Deadline, Jason Schwartzman and Cherry Jones are set to join Amy Poehler in the new Netflix feature WINE COUNTRY. Amy Poehler is set to star in, direct, and produce. The film is also set to feature talent from Ana Gasteyer, Paula Pell, Rachel Dratch, Maya Rudolph, Tina Fey and Emily Spivey. Poehler has directed episodes of PARKS AND RECREATION and BROAD CITY in the past, but this will be her feature film directorial debut. Read more about it from Deadline here!

Cherry Jones starred on Broadway most recently in the triumphant revival of Tennessee Williams' The Glass Menagerie (Tony Nomination), which originated at the American Repertory Theater in Cambridge, Massachusetts, where she is a founding member and where earlier in her career she appeared in more than 25 productions including Twelfth Night, The Three Sisters and The Caucasian Chalk Circle. Schwartzman is known for his roles SAVING MR. BANKS, and PARKS AND RECREATION. His writing credits include GOSSIP GIRL, MOZART IN THE JUNGLE and MARMADUKE.

Amy Poehler is an award winning comedian, actress, producer, director and writer. She is most know for her work on shows like PARKS AND RECREATION and SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE. Her film credits include THE HOUSE, SISTERS, INSIDE OUT, MEAN GIRLS and WET HOT AMERICAN SUMMER.
