Legendary director Spike Lee looks set to direct Mike Tyson's one man show Mike Tyson: UNDISPUTED TRUTH in a Broadway production this Summer, according to TMZ.com.

"Lee is in final talks to join the production as it gets ready to debut on the Great White Way. Tyson did the show for a week in Las Vegas and we're told Lee and Tyson have been talking about what changes need to be made as they transition to the biggest stage of all," writes TMZ.com.

Jimmy Nederlander Jr. may be interested in buying Tyson's show.

Emmy Award winning director, producer, writer and actor Spike Lee has been nominated for two Academy Awards. His films include Do The Right Thing and the documentary 4 Little Girls.

Tyson was the undisputed heavyweight champion and holds the record as the youngest boxer to win the WBC, WBA and IBF world heavyweight titles. He won the WBC title when he was 20 years, 4 months and 22 days old, after defeating Trevor Berbick by a TKO in the second round. He was the first heavyweight boxer to hold the WBA, WBC and IBF titles simultaneously. Tyson is considered to have been one of the better heavyweight boxers of all time.

He is ranked #16 on Ring Magazine's list of 100 greatest punchers of all time. His early-round knockout victories over other skilled heavyweight champions, particularly Trevor Berbick, Larry Holmes, and Michael Spinks, cemented his reputation as one of the most feared men in the ring

Tyson has starred as himself in such films as The Hangover, Taking on Tyson, Entourage, Brothers, and more.

"Mike Tyson: UNDISPUTED TRUTH – Live on Stage" is the live, world premiere, one-man show starring legendary boxer Mike Tyson. Tyson will reveal untold stories, peeling back layers of tragedy and public turmoil while unfolding his tale of triumph and survival. In an up-close-and-personal setting featuring images, music and video, Tyson, in an intimate and theatrical setting, will share the stories of his life and experiences as a professional athlete and controversies in and out of the ring.

The show has been created and produced by Adam Steck, CEO of SPI Entertainment, directed by Randy Johnson and written by Kiki Tyson and Randy Johnson.
