ShoeDazzle's chief Brian Lee confirmed that they are going back to reinstating the subscription-based business model that it pioneered online in 2009.

Right now, the site has tucked a banner that reads "Coming soon...VIP membership (for the truly obsessed)" at the bottom of the page of an announecment of other future changes. Those changes include launching "Today's Fix" where a shoe style is marked down daily, a larger free-shipping threshold, the addition of well-known labels, and the previously announced Rachel Zoe as the chief-in-house stylist.

The change back to their roots of a subscription based business was foreshadowed by Lee with the annoucnement of Zoe, explaining, "We had tremendous, tremendous followers in terms of customers who absolutely love the membership. We know who those customers are. Will they rejoin a membership? Most likely."
