Golden Globe and Tony Award-winning actor Hugh Jackman returned last night to host THE 68TH ANNUAL TONY® AWARDS, broadcast live from Radio City Music Hall in New York City on the CBS Television Network. This year marked the 68th anniversary of the TONY Awards, presented by Tony Award Productions, which is a joint venture of The Broadway League and the American Theatre Wing, which founded the Tonys. Nominations for the 2014 Tony Awards were announced live on Tuesday, April 29 from New York City.
This year's broadcast unfortunately did not include the 'In Memoriam' segment, though the video was shown to guests at Radio City Music Hall. The video remembers friends in the Broadway community who have left us from May 2013-May 2014.
