Last night, the cast of Hamilton bid happy trails to Tony winner Daveed Diggs, who played his final performance as Lafayette and Thomas Jefferson. Check out video from the actor's final curtain call.
While the roles are being recast, Lafayette/Jefferson will be portrayed on Broadway by the part's long-time understudies Andrew Chappelle, Austin Smith and Seth Stewart.
Daveed's credits include, national tour: Word Becomes Flesh. Regional: In the Red and Brown Water, Jesus Hopped the 'A' Train, The Tempest, Troilus and Cressida, Mirrors in Every Corner. Albums: CLPPNG (Sub Pop Records) and Midcity with Clipping; Small Things to a Giant.
