STAGE TUBE: Learn to 'Time Warp' for CityFest's ROCKY HORROR Flash Mob

As part of the 27th annuAl Hillcrest CityFest, The Old Globe Theatre will present a flash mob of "The Time Warp."

The flash mob performance will take place at 2:30 pm and again at 3:25 pm Sunday, Aug. 14, in the intersection of Fifth and Robinson avenues during CityFest.

The theater is organizing a group of performers to participate, but CityFest attendees are welcomed to join the dance, whether they are in Rocky Horror costume or regular clothing.

The theater will begins its 2011-12 winter season with Richard O'Brien's THE ROCKY HORROR runing Sept. 15 through Nov. 6.

More than 150,000 people are expected to visit CityFest this weekend, which will include arts and crafts vendors, community information booths, food, a spirits garden, entertainment, and the relighting of the Hillcrest sign.
