According to Deadline.com, both Edie Falco and Ben Stiller will be joining the Broadway revival of John Guare's of THE HOUSE OF BLUE LEAVES.  The production, which is to open in the Spring, will play at the Walter Kerr Theatre.  Stiller will play Artie Shaughnessy, a zookeeper who dreams of being a songwriter, and Falco his schizophrenic wife named 'Bananas'.

In addition to starring in such movies as  Heavyweights, There's Something About Mary, Meet the Parents, Zoolander, Dodgeball, and Tropic Thunder, funny man Stiller made his Broadway debut as Shaughnessy's son in the 1986 production of The House of Blue Leaves, which won four Tony Awards.

Falco is perhaps best known  known for her role in Oz as Diane Wittlesey and her lead roles as both Carmela Soprano on the HBO series The Sopranos and the titular character on the Showtime series Nurse Jackie.
