You can now get a first look at production photos of To Have and To Hold, a new play by Fulbright Award-winner Laura Lapidus, directed by Drama League Alum Zoë Adams off-Broadway.
Starring Yuriy Sardarov alongside playwright Laura Lapidus and Tedra Millan and produced by Joshua Altman on behalf of Lily Jack Productions, To Have and To Hold will run through Saturday, September 12 only at ChaShaMa's 154 Theater in New York City's West Village.
Both hilarious and deeply human, To Have and To Hold follows Kate (Lapidus), a woman convinced she'll never marry, whose certainty begins to unravel when her sister and best friend, Bianca (Millan), becomes engaged. As their lifelong bond is tested and an unexpected romance enters the picture, Kate must confront the beliefs that have long defined her. Through the lens of Shakespeare's The Taming of the Shrew, the play explores friendship, identity, grief, and the complicated process of growing into yourself.
