Current stars of The Phantom of the Opera on Broadway Mary Michael Patterson (Christine) and Jeremy Hays (Raoul) recently checked out Tasti D-Lite's limited-time, PHANTOM-inspired flavor "Marshmallow Masquerade" at the Times Store location. Scroll down for photos!

Chosen from submissions by PHANTOM and Tasti fans, the winning flavor features Marshmallow and Peanut Butter and is available in the Times Square location only (1588 Broadway at 47th Street), now through October 31. Customers at that location can also register to win a pair of tickets to the Broadway production.

The Broadway production of Andrew Lloyd Webber's THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA, the longest-running show in Broadway history, is produced by Cameron Mackintosh/Really Useful Group, Inc. and directed by Harold Prince. The musical phenomenon this year celebrated an unprecedented 25 Years in New York, where it plays at The Majestic Theatre (247 West 44th Street).

THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA became the longest-running show in Broadway history on January 9, 2006 with its 7,486th performance (surpassing the previous record-holder Cats, also by Andrew Lloyd Webberand also produced by Mackintosh). Incredibly, since breaking that record, PHANTOM has played both an additional 7 years and over 3,000 performances - which by itself would be a smash hit run for a Broadway musical. This year it became the first show ever to celebrate 25 Years - an unprecedented milestone in Broadway history - on January 26, 2013.

Based on the classic novel Le Fantôme de L'Opéra by Gaston Leroux, The Phantom of the Opera tells the story of a masked figure who lurks beneath the catacombs of the Paris Opera House, exercising a reign of terror over all who inhabit it. He falls madly in love with an innocent young soprano, Christine, and devotes himself to creating a new star by nurturing her extraordinary talents and by employing all of the devious methods at his command.

THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA is produced by Cameron Mackintosh and The Really Useful Theatre Company, Inc., has music by Andrew Lloyd Webber and is directed by Harold Prince. Lyrics are by Charles Hart (with additional lyrics by Richard Stilgoe) and the book is by Richard Stilgoe and Andrew Lloyd Webber. The Phantom of the Operahas production design by the late Maria Björnson, lighting by Andrew Bridge and sound design by Mick Potter with original sound by Martin Levan. Musical staging and choreography is by Gillian Lynne. Orchestrations are by David Cullen and Andrew Lloyd Webber.
