Broadway leading man Brent Barrett (Grand Hotel, Chicago), and performer/songwriters Jeff Blumenkrantz (How to Succeed..., Urban Cowboy) and Johnny Rodgers (who recently performed at Birdland) turned out for the Monday, September 19th edition of Jim Caruso's Cast Party.Held every Monday night at 9:30 PM at Birdland (315 West 44th Street, between 8th & 9th), Jim
Caruso's Cast Party has become a New York tradition in it's three year
existence. Broadway luminaries who have joined the party
include Liza Minnelli, Josh Groban, Tommy Tune, Donna McKechnie,
Mario Cantone, Brent Barrett, Alan Cumming, Christopher Sieber, Billy
Porter, Hunter Foster, Lauren Bacall, John Tartaglia, Linda Lavin, Raul
Esparza, Kathy Najimy, Alice Ripley, Michael Feinstein, Christine
Ebersole, composers Adam Guettel, Jason Robert Brown, Andrew Lippa,
Stephen Schwartz, Betty Comden, Jeff Marx and Bobby Lopez.Cast
Party is open to the public, and is held every Monday night at 9:30 PM.
There is no cover charge, and a $10 food/drink minimum. Dinner is
served until 1 AM. Reservations may be made by calling 212-581-3080.
