Photo Coverage: Frances Ruffelle at the Supper Club

Tony Award-winner Frances Ruffelle took the stage of the Supper Club (240 W. 47th St.) on July 10th. She will return for an encore performance on July 17th.

Ruffelle--who won a Tony Award for playing lovelorn waif Eponine in Les Miserables--is backed by the 15-piece George Gee Big Band for the concert, which was previously a success at London's Ronnie Scott's in 2005. A live recording of the show is due for release this summer.

In addition to her Tony, Ruffelle won the Helen Hayes, Theatre World and Outer Critics Circle Awards. Her London theatre credits include Les Miserables, Starlight Express, Children of Eden, Chicago, Apples, and Lucky Stiff, while film appearances include Road to Ithaca and Secrets and Lies and TV credits include "Dream Team." A self-titled album, as well as "Fragile," "Showgirl" and "Purify" are among her solo albums.

Doors open at 7 PM, and showtime is 8:45 PM. Visit www.theatermania.com for tickets.
