Pasek and Paul Make West Coast Debut August 6

The popular songwriting team, Benj Pasek and Justin Paul, make their West Coast debut at The Falcon Theatre in Los Angeles on Monday, August 6 at 7:30PM for an evening of original songs.

Pasek and Paul will be accompanied by a full band as they perform their "own unique fusion of comedy, theatre and pop music.  Special guests include Shoshana Bean (Wicked), Danny Calvert (Altar Boyz), and Chelsea Krombach (Wicked)," declares press notes.

Pasek and Paul are recent graduates of University of Michigan, whose first show Edges has been performed by dozens of colleges and professional theatres across the country and can now be licensed through MTI.  Both are writers for Disney Channel's Johnny and the Sprites; and at age 21, became the all-time youngest recipients of the Jonathan Larson Award.  Pasek and Paul have played sold-out shows at New York's Joe's Pub and Ars Nova and were recently named part of the "50 Dramatists to Watch" by Dramatist Magazine.
