P.S. PRODUCTIONS in conjunction with SUPER SUMMER THEATRE 2010 is pleased to announce AUDITIONS for its upcoming production of Roald Dahl'S WILLY WONKA.

Roald Dahl'S timeless story of the world-famous candy man and his quest to find an heir comes to life in this stage adaptation of CHARLIE AND THE CHOCOLATE FACTORY, featuring the songs from the classic family film WILLY WONKA AND THE CHOCOLATE FACTORY.

Lyrics and Music by Leslie Bricusse and Anthony Newley. Adapted for the stage by Tim McDonald and Leslie Bricusse. Directed by Philip Shelburne.

AUDITION DATES:
THURSDAY, MARCH 18 - 7:00 pm
SATURDAY, MARCH 20 - 1:30 pm
MONDAY, MARCH 22 - 7:00 pm

Auditions will be conducted at the Nevada Ballet Theatre, 1651 Inner Circle, Las Vegas, NV 89134.

ALL ROLES AVAILABLE:
All roles are available. Casting call is for SINGERS, DANCERS, ACTORS and PUPPETEERS. The show requires a wide variety of ages (Children 12+, Adults and Senior Adults).

AUDITION PREPERATION:
Performers are asked to prepare a vocal selection of 1-2 minutes from WILLY WONKA or a similarly styled Broadway Musical. If your selection is from a show other than WILLY WONKA, you will need to provide your own sheet music in the proper key. An accompanist will be provided.

Please bring a HEADSHOT and RESUME and be dressed for movement.

Adult performers may wish to schedule an appointment in advance. If you are unable to attend the scheduled dates, you may contact us for an alternative or submit your audition via DVD, VHS or online posting.

CALLBACKS are scheduled by appointment only.

REHEARSALS & PERFORMANCES:
Rehearsals will begin in the later part of March. They are conducted primarily in the evening on weekdays, but are based upon cast availability.

Performances for WILLY WONKA will take place at the Spring Mountain Ranch State Park. The show will perform for 13 performances between, June 9 - 26, 2010.

There is no pay, however all performers will receive a small stipend.
