Indie-acoustic rock n' roll band Old Springs Pike will perform as part of the New York Musical Theater Festival's Ars Nova concert series tonight at 8 PM.

Old Springs Pike is a four-person band of 20-somethings who use four-part harmony as a spring board for an indie-acoustic rock sound, with diversions into country and folk styles. The band members grew up together in rural Pennsylvania and Delaware.

John Gallagher Jr., star of Broadway's Rabbit Hole and the upcoming transfer of Spring Awakening, is a member of the band. The other band members are Heather Robb, James Cleare, and James Smith.

Teresa Bass of Ars Nova says, "Old Springs Pike is the kind of band you can't describe. I've rarely seen live music shows that amaze me the way they always manage to do."

Ars Nova is located at 511 West 54th Street between 10th and 11th Avenues.
