New York's Nerve Ensemble will present spam.show, a one night only modern junk mail spectacular, on Wednesday, November 15th at the Zipper Theater.

Scheduled to perform are artists from across the spectrum of New York's performing arts scene from opera to Broadway, Flamenco dance to indie rock.

New additions are: Tom Nelis (Laurie Anderson's Songs and Stories from Moby Dick) and Shelly Watson, who will perform Mark Adamo's new spam song.

Among the  previously scheduled contributors are Mark Adamo (resident composer at City Opera, Lysistrata), Stephanie D'Abruzzo (Tony nominee for Avenue Q), Jeremy Shamos (Reckless and The Rivals), Everett Quinton (The Mystery of Irma Vep), and Saidah Arrika Ekulona (Well).  Also set to appear are Benjamin Walker (Flags of Our Fathers), Robert Kaplowitz (sound designer, The Internationalist), as well as a Flamenco dancer, a live cooking demonstration, and a soloist on the musical saw.

The evening will also feature a sneak preview song from Nerve's upcoming Vegas Project by composer Lance Horne.

Participants were asked to choose a favorite spam e-mail as a starting point, but from there were given free reign over their performance.

Tickets to the November 15th show are $25 and include a raffle ticket. The Zipper Theater and Bar is located at 336 West 37th Street between 8th and 9th Avenues.

Tickets are available at Telecharge.com. Cash bar opens at 7 PM. The show starts at 8:30 PM.
