MATILDA's Lesli Margherita Joins Taye Diggs in Musical Comedy ONE SHOT
Deadline writes that Broadway and West End star Lesli Margherita has signed on for the new musical comedy film ONE SHOT, featuring fellow stage vet Taye Diggs and TV and movie star Topher Grace.

The "That '70's Show" star will portray a "failed star turned stage manager...who must wrangle the eccentric cast and crew of a new production to save the show's opening night."
Diggs will take on the role of 'Malcolm', "a flamboyant member of the production." The project will feature musical numbers, both fantasy and real. Greg Kinnear also makes a cameo appearance.
Margherita will play 'Brandy', described as "a brassy resident chorus girl who makes a bet with the flamboyant Malcolm to see who'll bed a hunky new cast member first."
The actress currently stars as 'Mrs. Wormwood' in MATILDA on Broadway and won an Olivier Award for her role in the musical ZORRO in the West End. She has appeared on TV in Charmed, NYPD Blue, The King of Queens, Fame L.A. and more.
