LUCY Set for Planet Connections Theatre Festivity, 5/15-6/8

Daydream Theatre Company AND Small Pond Enterprises LLC will present "Lucy", directed by Lenny Schwartz, as part of the 7th Annual Planet Connections Theatre Festivity. The Festivity will take place May 15th through June 8th at Paradise Factory in New York City. The play is also written by Schwartz.

"Lucy" is a biographical play about comedienne Lucille Ball. It details her rise as an actress in Hollywood. It also details her tumultuous relationship with Desi Arnaz as they fall in love, become famous, and tear each other apart.

The production stars Andrea Flax, (Fools; Ocean State Theatre Company) as Lucy and Gio Castellano (film; the Disco Exorcist; Scorpio Film Releasing) as Desi Arnaz.

The production features scenic design by Jim Belanger, costume design by Sara Hutchings-Schwartz and lighting design by Brad Kirton. SandyCerel is the stage manager. Producers of the show are Michael Roderick(The Scottsboro Boys) And Lenny Schwartz.

Showtimes are:
June 6 at 9pm
June 7 at 330pm
And June 8 at 3pm
