On November 9 at 7:00pm, the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual & Transgender Community Center will launch its Newsmakers conversation series, celebratrating important figures in the arts and politics, with Glee's Jany Lynch. The event will take place at the LGBT Center in Manhattan.

For the event, Lynch will engage in conversation with New York Times book editor Billy Goldstein.

Jane Lynch is a writer, actress, comedian and singer who is currently starring in the Fox comedy Glee as aggressive cheerleader coach, Sue.  She can be seen on stage in Delia and Nora Ephron's Love, Loss, and What I Wore playing Off-Broadway at the West Side Theatre. Lynch's other credits include touring with The Second City comedy troupe and appearances in films such as Julie and Julia, Best in Show, A Mighty Wind, and For Your Consideration.
