Kentucky Playwright Takes Two New Plays to New York This Month

Award-winning playwright Phil Paradis, of Fort Thomas, KY, has scored in the Big Apple yet again. Paradis has two more new plays going up on the boards in July in Manhattan.
His monodrama mystery "Can We See Iowa From Here?" goes up July 8-9 near Times Square at Manhattan Repertory Theatre 303 W. 42nd St. 6th Floor, New York, NY and then just a few blocks away in the Theater district July 16-17 his futuristic satire "Natural Rarities Up For Bid" is onstage at the Midtown International Theatre Festival, at the Workshop Theatre's Main Stage Theater on 312 West 36th Street.
Can We See Iowa From Here? will have two performances in Manhattan Rep's 10 Minute Play Contest Series #3 on Friday, July 8 at 6:30 pm and Saturday, July 9 at 4 p.m.. Tickets are $20 at the door. Natural Rarities Up For Bid has two performances at the Workshop Theatre's Mainstage Theater, fourth floor, 312 West 36th St., New York, NY 10018 in Program A, on Saturday, July 16 at 7 pm and Sunday, July 17 at 4 pm.
