GLEE's own Sue Sylvester, Emmy Award winner Jane Lynch, gave a preview of an upcoming Glee performance in revealing her considerable rhyming skills with Nicki Minaj's tongue-twisting rap hit "Super Bass" last night on CONAN.

She tells O'Brien excitedly, "I did a Nicki Minaj song on Glee - and, it was a rap!"

Thanks to GLEE, she adds, "I have so many skills now that are just going to get me so far," she says with a laugh.

In regards to the Minaj hit: "They don't expect it from a six-foot white lady!"

Yet, would a rap-style delivery work for Miss Hannigan?! After all, Jay-Z made ANNIE really jam Once Upon a Time with his unique take on "Hard Knock Life"!

Of course, Lynch is a soon-to-be Broadway leading lady byway of a replacement gig as ANNIE's Miss Hannigan, filling the pumps of two-time Tony Award winner Katie Finneran, and has previously proven her stage chops in a stage version of THE BRADY BUNCH LIVE early in her career, as well as subseqeunt appeareances since, such as in Nora & Delia Ephron's LOVE, LOSS AND WHAT I WORE Off-Broadway in 2009 and various charity concerts and benefits.

Then again, who will ever forget Lynch's Glee covers of Madonna's "Vogue" and Olivia Newton-John's "Physical" - to say nothing of her duet with Carol Burnett on WONDERFUL TOWN'S "Ohio"?! "Super Bass" has a lot to live up to as Sue Sylvester's S4 showstopper given the pedigree of those three.
