James Fox, star of BBC's Fame Academy 2004, has been cast as the Piano Man of the up-coming West End production of Movin' Out. Fox will provide lead vocals and piano for the award winning show, set to open in London's Apollo Victoria Theare March 28, 2006.

Fox appeared in both the Broadway and National Tour productions of Movin' Out, but is most recognized for his time on Fame Academy and for representing the United Kingdon in the Eurovision Song Contest. Fox also starred as Judas in the U.K. tour of Andrew Lloyd Webber's Jesus Christ Superstar.

Movin' Out, set to the classic hits of song-writer Billy Joel, tells the story of six friends whose lives are changed through war, love, and separation during the 60s and 70s in America. The show relies on dance and Joel's narrative songs with no dialogue. Movin' Out won 2003 Tony Awards for Best Choreography by Twyla Tharp, and Best Orchestrations by Joel and Stuart Malina. It was also nominated for Best Musical.

Movin' Out will run at the Apollo Victoria Theatre from March 28 through July 17 before beginning its European tour.
