Just beginning this week - The Cripple of Inishmaan played two previews for the week ending April 13, 2014 and the production grossed $155,234.00, impressive because the show is offering a reduced price for previews, including a lower than average $112 top ticket price, and the entire balcony is being sold at $27.

Producers Paul Blake and Sony/ATV Music Publishing announced today that the new Broadway hit Beautiful - The Carole King Musical has again broken the box office record at the Stephen Sondheim Theatre (124 West 43 Street) for the third time, garnering $917,391.80 for the week ending April 13, 2014 for eight shows. This gross surpasses the previous house-breaking record, set the week ending February 23, 2014, which was $913,046.90 for eight shows.
