FOUND features a celebrated ensemble cast of ten including Christina Anthony, Nick Blaemire, Andrew Call, Daniel Everidge, Orville Mendoza, Betsy Morgan, Molly Pope, Danny Pudi, Sandy Rustin and Barrett Wilbert Weed.

FOUND will officially open Tuesday, October 14 for a limited, eight-week engagement through Sunday, November 9, 2014

FOUND is an original musical based on scores of surprising and eccentric discarded notes and letters that have been "found" in the real world by every-day people. Inspired by actual events, the show follows Davy (Blaemire) who, along with his two best friends, is lost and broke. When he finds a strangely revealing note on his windshield meant for someone else, it sparks an outlandish idea that finds him and his compatriots on a wild, comedic journey. This raucous and insightful new musical tells a story of ambition, betrayal and loyalty while celebrating the weirdness in all of us.

FOUND is based on the Found books and magazines by Davy Rothbart, with additional material created in collaboration with Story Pirates.

Second City alumna Christina Anthony makes her Off Broadway debut. Nick Blaemire has appeared on Broadway in the musicals Godspell, Cry-Baby and Glory Days, for which he also composed the score. Andrew Call starred in Alter Boyz Off Broadway and in Rock of Ages and American Idiot on Broadway. Daniel Everidge received Lortel and Drama Desk Award nominations for his role in the Off Broadway play Falling. Orville Mendoza most recently appeared on Broadway in the hit musical Peter and the Starcatcher. Betsy Morgan recently appeared in the Broadway revival of LES MISERABLES. Downtown solo sensation Molly Pope makes her Off Broadway stage debut. Danny Pudi can currently be seen playing "Abed" on the series "Community," the role he originated on the hit NBC comedy. Sandy Rustin's New York stage credits include Modern Orthodox and I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change. Barrett Wilbert Weed recently received a Drama Desk Award nomination for her starring role in the Off Broadway musical Heathers.

Tony Award nominee and OBIE Award-winning writer and performer Hunter Bell created the new musicals [title of show] on Broadway and Now. Here. This. Off Broadway.

Lee Overtree has served as Artistic Director of Story Pirates since he co-founded the organization in 2003 that performs songs and sketches adapted from the creative writing of children across the country. His productions have been presented at the Kennedy Center and the Geffen Playhouse in Los Angeles.

Eli Bolin received a Lucille Lortel Award nomination for the off-Broadway production of Skippyjon Jones. His production of Volleygirls was named 'Best of Fest' for the 2013 New York Musical Theatre Festival. He is the music director of Story Pirates.
