The United States of America obeserves a total of eleven national holidays throughout the year, but only one of them revovles almost solely around food (Hint: it isn't Presidents' Day). In a mere four days, Americans will gather around their dinner tables for the most delicious meal of the year - Thanksgiving dinner.

To kickoff Thanksgiving week 2013, BroadwayWorld joins in the celebration of all things appetizing with a roundup of Broadway's greatest odes to edibles. Ranging from CAROUSEL to BEAUTY AND THE BEA, below, we've compiled a list of our favorite tunes about food...glorious food.

"Food, Glorious Food" - OLIVER!

Food, glorious food!
Hot sausage and mustard!
While we're in the mood --
Cold jelly and custard!
Peas, pudding and saveloys!
What next is the question?
Rich gentlemen have it, boys --
In-di-gestion!

"Chrysanthemum Tea" - PACIFIC OVERTURES

Have some tea, my Lord,
Some chrysthanthemum tea
It's an herb that's superb
For disturbances at sea

"The Worst Pies In London" - SWEENEY TODD

Mind you I can hardly blame them!
These are probably the worst pies in London.
I know why nobody cares to take them!
I should know!
I make them!
But good? No...
The worst pies in London...
Even that's polite! The worst pies in London!
If you doubt it take a bite!
Is that just disgusting?
You have to concede it!
It's nothing but crusting!
Here drink this, you'll need it.
The worst pies in London

"Be Our Guest" - BEAUTY AND THE BEAST

Be our guest! Be our guest!
Put our service to the test
Tie your napkin 'round your neck, cherie
And we'll provide the rest
Soup du jour
Hot hors d'oeuvres
Why, we only live to serve
Try the grey stuff
Chip: It's delicious
Lumiere: Don't believe me? Ask the dishes

"Ladies Who Lunch" - COMPANY

Here's to the ladies who lunch --
Everybody laugh
Lounging in their caftans
And planning a brunch
On their own behalf
Off to the gym,
Then to a fitting,
Claiming they're fat
And looking grim,
'Cause they've been sitting
Choosing a hat
Does anyone still wear a hat?
I'll drink to that

"A Spoonful Of Sugar" - MARY POPPINS

And ev'ry task you undertake
Becomes a piece of cake
A lark! A spree!
It's very clear to see
That a...
Spoonful of sugar helps the medicine go down
The medicine go down-wown
The medicine go down
Just a spoonful of sugar helps the medicine go down
In a most delightful way

"Suppertime" - YOU'RE A GOOD MAN, CHARLIE BROWN

Suppertime? Suppertime!
Behold the brimming bowl of meat and meal
Which is brought forth to ease our hunger
Behold the flowing flagon moist and sweet
Which has been sent to stake our thirst!

"A Real Nice Clambake" - CAROUSEL

This was a real nice clambake,
We're mighty glad we came
The vittles we et
Were good, you bet,
The company was the same
Our hearts are warm, our bellies are full,
And we are feeling prime
This was a real nice clambake,
And we all had a real good time

"Vanilla Ice Cream" - SHE LOVES ME

Ice cream
He brought me ice cream
Vanilla ice cream
Imagine that

Ice cream
And for the first time
We were together
Without a spat

"Coffee, Black" - BIG

Life is neat
One big dream
Aw it's so sweet
Who needs sugar and cream?

Splashed on some Brut this morning
I'm snazzy as a Cadillac
I'm up, so grab your cup
and let's have coffee, lots of coffee, shots of coffee, pots of coffee
Oh yeah, and make that coffee black
