Blake Lively looked like a vision in a shear Chanel dress at the "Mr Turner" premiere during the 67th Annual Cannes Film Festival. Every year the Cannes Festival is filled with stars, major movies and major fashion. Lively's Chanel dress has started the festival off on a high note. She nailed that combination of sexy and chic that can be so difficult for some to achieve.

The dress plays to Lively's curves with the low cut neckline and slim silhouette but is done in one of the fashion house's signature fabrics. The shearness is a modern twist on a classic and the crystal details add an ethereal element. Lively finished off the look with loose waves and simple makeup. She looked like a goddess!
