So here's the thing...I love expressing oneself through fashion. But Kylie, what is going on here? It's like she is wearing her Halloween costume too early - Miss America pagent contestant gone wrong.
Clearly I am not a fan of her shear lace dress with rhinestones. For one, it's not a day dress. And two, that body suit underneath isn't doing her any favors. I do love her hair and makeup. If only her outfit matched the old Hollywood glamour feel her hairstyle is envoking.
