Exclusive: Kirstin Maldonado Says Performing on Broadway is Her 'Biggest Dream'
Maldonado will star in SIX at the Lena Horne Theatre through August 9, 2026.

Kirstin Maldonado is back on the Great White Way. The Pentatonix star, who just took her first bow as Anne Boleyn in Six the Musical on Broadway, recently shared that performing on the Broadway stage was a longtime dream for her growing up.
"I will get nervous for Six because it's so much information," Maldonado admitted ahead of her Six debut on a new episode of I've Never Said This Before With Tommy DiDario. "This is my return to 'kid Kirstin self,' my biggest dream. This is such an important thing to me that I hold super sacred and definitely want to do a good job at because I respect and love it so much."
The performer, who was last seen on Broadway as Lauren in Kinky Boots in 2018, went on to speak about the finale of the pop musical, anticipating that she may get emotional when the company looks out at the audience because of the significance of the subject matter.
"I think the content of the show is just really special, too. It's celebrating everyone's stories and lifting them up and giving a voice to those who didn't feel like they had a voice and didn't really at the time..."

Kirstin Maldonado joins continuing Queens: Grammy and Emmy Award-winner Adrianna Hicks who plays Catherine of Aragon, Jasmine Forsberg, who plays Jane Seymour, Olivia Donalson who plays Anna of Cleves, Grammy Award-winner Abigail Barlow, who plays Katherine Howard, and Anna Uzele who plays Catherine Parr. The cast also includes Lauryn Adams, Aryn Bohannon, Maggie Likcani, and Aiyana Smash as alternates.
