Chris D'Elia Returns to Comedy Central with 'White Male, Black Comic', 12/6

Comedian, actor, and Vine aficionado Chris D'Elia is back on Comedy Central in the world premiere of Chris D'Elia: White Male. Black Comic., debuting on Friday, December 6th at Midnight ET/PT. An extended and uncensored version of the special will be released as a CD/DVD combo on December 10th by Comedy Central Records, as well as digitally via CC: Stand-Up Direct for only $5.

D'Elia takes New Orleans by storm in his first one-hour stand-up special, taped in front of a live audience at The Civic Theatre. He explains the hilarious truths of drunk girls, the appeal of British dudes, and what everyone can learn about relationships from bears, dolphins, and peacocks. Bonus features on the DVD include D'Elia's episode of "Comedy Central Presents" and his two episodes of "Mash Up." Leading up to the on-air premiere, the Comedy Central Stand-Up Web site will feature preview clips from the special. D'Elia will also engage with Comedy Central fans via a CC Tumblr "Ask a Professional Comedian" live event, and will live tweet the premiere of the special from @chrisdelia. Fans can tweet using the hashtag #WMBC to join the social chatter around the special.

D'Elia is quickly becoming one of the most sought after young comedians and actors in the comedy world. Named one of Variety's "Top 10 Comics to Watch," he can next be seen starring as Danny on NBC's new comedy Undateable. D'Elia previously starred opposite Whitney Cummings on NBC's multi-camera comedyWhitney, and has also appeared on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon, Comedy Central's Workaholics, and TBS'Glory Daze.
