Cast Set For THE SPONGEBOB MUSICAL at Cygnet Theatre

Cygnet Theatre will present The SpongeBob Musical, directed by Katie Banville, with musical direction by Patrick Marion. The show will run from June 10 to July 12, 2026 and will be produced in The Joseph Clayes III Theater. Opening night for media is Saturday, June 13, 2026 at 7:00 PM (Pacific Time).
Audiences will be invited to dive into the underwater world of Bikini Bottom. When disaster threatens their beloved home, SpongeBob and his quirky friends must band together to save the day. Packed with unforgettable songs by music legends and colorful characters, this high-energy, family-friendly musical celebrates friendship, optimism, and the power of community. It's pure fun for audiences of all ages!
The SpongeBob Musical offers a joyful reminder of resilience, teamwork, and hope in the face of adversity. This production brings Bikini Bottom to life with imaginative scenic design, bold costumes, and inventive puppetry that transform the stage into a dazzling underwater playground.

The cast features Boston Antunez as Larry the Lobster/Ensemble, Cody Bianchi as Patchy the Pirate/Ensemble, Drew Bradford as Sheldon J. Plankton, Gerilyn Brault as Mrs. Puff, Marco Caro-Wilcox as Perch Perkins/Ensemble, Brittany Adriana Carrillo as Pearl, Berto Fernández as Patrick Star, Bailey Lee as SpongeBob Squarepants, Rebecca Murillo as Sandy Cheeks, Kürt Norby as Eugene H. Krabs, Emma Nossal as Karen the Computer, Andrew Oswald as Squidward Q. Tentacles, Lauren King Thompson as Mayor/Ensemble, Tori Waner as Old Man Jenkins/Ensemble, and Ensemble Members Abby DePuy and Audrey Deubig. Swings are, Melissa Glasgow and Christopher Lopez.
