Brazilian-based fashion brand Carmen Steffens celebrated the official opening of its new Orlando location with a fashionable affair at The Mall at Millenia on August 1, 2013. The sexy, sophisticated brand is expanding its U.S. presence and offers creatively designed, meticulously handcrafted shoes, bags and other accessories to consumers, and has done so for nearly two decades.
