Carlos Rosario Family Day is a chance to learn about cultures from all over the world as students share their traditions through art and performance.

The day will include art workshops, music and dance performances at noon and 2 p.m., and a student exhibition from our partnership with Carlos Rosario International Charter School, an award-winning model in adult education serving DC's diverse immigrant population.

Art workshops throughout the day will demonstrate how international artists and craftsmen have taken inspiration from the National Portrait Gallery's collection and responded with their own works.

All events will take place in the Kogod Courtyard.

This program is sponsored in part by the Reinsch Family Education Endowment.
