On November 14th at 8 PM, Jason Michael Spelbring, who starred in Joe Calarco's West End production of Shakespeare's R&J, will head to The Blue Heron Theatre (123 East 24th Street) for his solo show entitled Callback! Who the Hell is Jason Michael Spelbring? "Spelbring will take the audience through a humorous, sometimes poignant evening of song and story about his close calls with the Broadway shows he auditioned for, got called-back for, and yet…never booked," state press notes.Spelbring appeared as Juliet at the Arts Theatre, London in Shakespeare's R&J. Spelbring's other theatrical credits include shows with PCPA/Theatrefest, Kentucky Shakespeare Festival and three seasons with the Tony Award winning Utah Shakespearean Festival.Callback!
