The Broadway Theatre Project will hold audiences for their intensive three-week musical theatre arts training program on Saturday, February 23 beginning at 10:30AM at the Ripley-Grier Studios (17th Floor, 520 8th Ave).

Live and taped auditions for application to Broadway Theatre Project, an intensive three-week musical theatre arts training program July 6–27, 2008 focused on the key disciplines of musical theatre including acting, dance and singing, as well as the critical life skills necessary to prepare apprentices to work in the professional world of entertainment.

Auditions are open calls and no appointments are necessary. Master Classes have been taught by such Broadway luminaries as Julie Andrews, Jeff Goldblum, John Kander, Patti LuPone, the late Gwen Verdon, Ben Vereen, Frank Wildhorn and Patrick Wilson, to name only a few.

Founded in 1991, Broadway Theatre Project (BTP) is the world's most prestigious musical theatre arts education program for high school and college students. Under the Artistic Direction of Debra McWaters, the non-profit BTP is an intensive three-week training program focused on the key disciplines of musical theatre including acting, dancing, and singing, as well as the critical life skills necessary to work in the professional world of entertainment.
