Bernadette Peters & Mary Tyler Moore Help Raise Money for Homeless Dogs

Although best known for their acting roles, Mary Tyler Moore and Bernadette Peters have long been advocates for pet adoption. To help raise awareness for homeless dogs across the nation, both actresses will be appear at the Pedigree Dogstore this Thursday, February 21 from 5-7PM, to autograph exclusive merchandise from the Dogs Rule line. Donations from all products purchased at the event will go to The Pedigree Adoption Drive Foundation which benefits select shelters and breed rescues nationwide.

The Pedigree Brand is also donating $10,000 to Broadway Barks, Broadway's annual adopt-a-pet benefit. Broadway Barks was started 10 years ago by Peters and Moore to promote the adoption of shelter animals.

The event is Thursday, February 21 at 5-7PM at The Pedigree Dogstore, located at 1540 Broadway in Times Square.
