Ben Cameron Brings Solo Show to the Duplex, 6/12 & 6/19

Ben Cameron, who currently appears on Broadway in Wicked, will appear in his one-person musical show, Different is Good, this Monday evening, June 19 at 9:30 PM at the Duplex (61 Christopher Street). 

Cameron is an original cast member of Wicked, having opened in the show in October of 2003. Other Broadway credits include Aida and Footloose. Cameron toured the country in the musicals Footloose, Fame, Tommy and State Fair. In Different Is Good, "Cameron travels from Utah, where he had a Mormon upbringing and Ben Cameron, who currently appears on Broadway in Wicked, will appear in his one-person musical show, Different is Good, this Monday evening, June 19 at 9:30 PM at the Duplex.  The evening will be presented as part of the "Broadway Downtown" series.

Stephen Oremus is the musical director for the evening, which will feature direction by Schele Williams.

Broadway Downtown, now its second year, is an acclaimed series of The Duplex Cabaret Theatre, featuring one-night-only concerts from some of our favorite Broadway performers. Past participants have included Judy Blazer (Titanic), Kristy Cates (Wicked), Darius DeHaas (Rent), Barrett Foa (Avenue Q), Trent Armand Kendall (Into the Woods), Michael Longoria (Jersey Boys), Karen Mason (Mamma Mia!), Sally Mayes (Steel Magnolias), and Lauren Molina (Sweeney Todd).
