In the aftermath of director Adam Cross's (Hunter Foster) online gaff about newly appointed artistic director Theresa Amesworth (Harriet Harris), Penny Reilly (Kate Wetherhead) and the "Jeremy's Fort" team are left uncertain about the show's future. Serena Maxwell (Donna Vivino) is anxious about a recent announcement from Aaron Miller (Santino Fontana), while Penny knows more about it than she can let on. Meanwhile, Tim Trull (Colin Hanlon) receives a strange delivery from Nolan Grigsby (Wade McCollum), and his assistant Gail (Lindsay Nicole Chambers) must rise to an unexpected occasion.
