STARS IN THE ALLEY, presented by United Airlines, took place just last week in Shubert Alley. Hosted by Tony nominee Sean Hayes and Mo Rocca, Broadway's best once again turned out for the annual performance - including Roz Ryan, who performed "When You're Good to Mama" from Chicago.

Roz Ryan holds the record for having played more performances of Chicago on Broadway than any other leading actress in the show's history. Broadway: Chicago, Dreamgirls, One Mo' Time, Ain't Misbehavin'. Various national tours. TV: "KC Undercover," "Amen," "Good News," "The Rickey Smiley Show" & more. Cartoon Voiceovers: "Adventure Time," Hercules, "Looney Tunes." Commercials include Charles Barkley's Mom for Capitol One. God is Good! www.RozRyan.com

Set amidst the razzle-dazzle decadence of the 1920s, Chicago is the story of Roxie Hart, a housewife and nightclub dancer who murders her on-the-side lover after he threatens to walk out on her. Desperate to avoid conviction, she dupes the public, the media and her rival cellmate, Velma Kelly, by hiring Chicago's slickest criminal lawyer to transform her malicious crime into a barrage of sensational headlines, the likes of which might just as easily be ripped from today's tabloids.
