BERLIN KABARETT Comes To Théâtre De Poche-Montparnasse This Fall Théâtre De Poche-Montparnasse presents BERLIN KABARETT with Marisa Berenson, running from November 15 to January 6.

We are in Berlin, under the Weimar Republic, in the first years of the rise of Nazism. Kirsten leads one of the great cabarets of the German capital, which lives in both economic and social misery and decadence of manners. She leads the dance without scruple.

Surrounded by her son, her ex-lover author, a popular composer and two musicians, she brings us into the evocation of a past glory.
A satirical and tragic crossing of the darkest era of Germany in an artistic context where Expressionism throws its last fires.
