The cast has been set for the invited reading of the new coming-of-age screenplay, "they just didn't like me," by Dominic Zicari, which will be held on June 3rd at the New York offices of Peter Fields of RITHOLZ, LEVY, SANDERS, CHIDEKEL and FIELDS.

"they just didn't like me" tells the story of Charlie Massiello eight months after the one-night stand with the girl of his dreams; Emma. Charlie believes that there comes a point in the grieving process where he just has to let go and move on so that he can find his own version of happiness-- until Emma comes spiraling back into his life with her own agenda and desires. Will Charlie find his happiness? Or will Charlie allow this girl to become his only hope for happiness in the city that dreams are made of?

Tony Award Winner, Anthony Crivello ("Golden Boy," "Heathers: The Musical," "The Mark") plays Charlie's father, "Tony," Elle McLemore ("Heathers: The Musical," "Bring It On," "Army Wives") plays "Emma," Michelle Duffy ("Heathers: The Musical," "Leap of Faith," "Desperate Housewives") plays Charlie's mother, "Elise," Patrick Kerr ("Seinfeld," "Curb Your Enthusiasm") plays the legendary Broadway director, "Sal Giordano," Nathan Anderson plays Sal's assistant, "Richard," Mackenzie Jones ("Rent") plays Amber, Sam Harvey ("Bayside: The Musical," "Strike Up the Band") and Katie Mebane ("Bayside: The Musical," "The Addams Family") join the ensemble, and Dominic Zicari plays "Charlie."
