The AlphaNYC Theatre Company presents Henry, Episode IV: A New Hope by Don Zolidis, directed by Alice Camarota.

Long ago, in a Kingdom far far away...
Henry (Brad Lewis), King of England, sits uneasily on the throne. Rebellion is in the North in the person of Lady Northumberland (Leah Gesouras) and her son, the vicious Darth Hotspur (Anuar Saag). Hotspur has won a battle against another rebel force and is refusing to send the prisoners south to London. King Henry meets with his counselors to consider a course of action.

Also, it turns out the Kings son, Prince Hal (Mathew Joseph McGrath), is a degenerate doofus who enjoys hanging out with his goofy cosplaying friends Obi-Wan Falstaff (Robert Lee Toms III), his mentor in the Force, Nym (Danielle Ferrier), a Scruffy-Looking-Nerf-Herder and all around fox, her Wookie friend Poins (Charles Manning), and Hals two droids, Pistol (Nicholas-Tyler Corbin) and Bardolph (Spring Kim), who are not the Droids any one is looking for.

This Monty Python-style show is a hilarious combination of Shakespears Henry IV and the cult classis Star Wars: A New Hope. You don't want to miss this show!

Performances: Friday, November 17th @ 8PM; Saturday, November 18th @ 8PM; and Sunday, November 19th @ 4PM. Tickets at www.eventbrite.com/o/the-alphanyc-theater-company-9205237743 or $20 cash at the door (300 West 43rd St. Room 402, New York, NY.)
