Some of Broadway's brightest will appear in Playwrights Horizons' High Standards Gala Benefit at Gotham Hall (1356 Broadway) on Monday, April 3rd.

Christopher Durang--whose Miss Witherspoon was the latest of many shows the playwright has premiered at the famed theatre--will host the evening, which will honor Suzanne F. Roberts, who hosts TV's "Seeking Solutions with Suzanne" and is noted for her work as a patroness of the arts.

Starring Joan Allen, Stephen Bogardus, Brian D'Arcy James, Christine Ebersole, Eamon Foley, Alison Fraser, Boyd Gaines, Sara Gettelfinger, Annie Golden and Michael Rupert and Brandon Sean Wardell, the gala will feature performances from past Playwrights hits--both plays such as The Heidi Chronicles and musicals such as Sunday in the Park with George.

Ebersole, who stars in the theatre's current hit show Grey Gardens, will also perform a number from the musical about two eccentric Bouvier relatives.

Tickets begin at $800, and are available by calling 212-564-1235, ext 3140. Visit www.playwrightshorizons.org.
