Adjusted Realists Will Present A Public Reading of SPA PLAY

Adjusted Realists will present a public reading of Spa Play ,a new play by Relentless Award winner Gracie Gardner on Wednesday, August 8th at 8pm in the Jeffrey and Paula Gural Theatre at the A.R.T./New York Theatres (502 West 53rd Street at 10th Avenue). The reading will be directed by Will Taylor and the cast features Dominique Brillion and Brian Miskell (Peace For Mary Frances).

Taylor directed Adjusted Realists 2017 production of Chickens In the Yard, which the New York Times called "Delicate, nuanced, and shattering." Gardner was awarded the 2017 Relentless Award, established in honor of the late Philip Seymour Hoffman, for her play Pussy Sludge, the story of a young woman who excretes crude oil.

The A.R.T./New York Theatres are a project of the Alliance of Resident Theatres/New York (A.R.T/New York),which provide state-of-the-art, accessible venues at subsidized rental rates, plus free access to top-line technical equipment, so that the city's small and emerging theatre companies can continue to experiment, grow and produce new works.
